This class is designed to bring the confidence out of every woman. We provide a DANCE PARTY which includes heart-beating moves and sassy chair and stiletto (not required) choreography.
A dance fitness format that incorporates easy and repetitive dance moves that will get your heart rate going and burn off the calories! We dance to your favorite songs on the radio; anything fun to move to!
Short intervals of easy-to-follow cardio-respiratory work both on and off the step platform to drive your heart rate into a high intensity zone, integrated with intervals of weights and strength training.
T'ai Chi Ch'uan is an internal Chinese martial art often practiced for health reasons. Its soft martial art technique, balance, mental concentration, health, and longevity benefits are a relaxing and gentle way to stay in shape.
A class dedicated to total body resistance training for increased strength, endurance, muscle toning, overall conditioning, balance and flexibility. Easy to follow and adaptable for all levels of fitness.
We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
